The Operating Partner is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple locations. This includes coaching General Managers, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring strong team engagement across all locations. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale while staying true to who we are. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Monitor performance metrics and help drive results in operations, team development, and guest experience
- Ensure consistency in execution of standards, training, and company initiatives
- Partner with HQ on projects like new store openings and process improvements
- Maintain a visible presence in the stores and build strong relationships with teams
- Develop internal talent and support succession planning initiatives

Qualifications:
We’re looking for a strong operational leader who brings both experience and a people-first mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to manage P&L, staffing plans, sales forecasting, and other critical functions
- A strong understanding of food safety protocols and a commitment to a food safety culture
- A track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams
- A consistent focus on delivering a great guest experience
- Skill in training and validating team members on key operational processes
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to support wherever needed
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness and ability to travel between store locations regularly
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain); other certifications as required by local health departments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- Must possess the ability to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- May stand for long periods and able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Pay Transparency:

- Pay from $100,000 with opportunities for additional bonuses
